Staying at a local home always is the highlight of our travel. We will be forever grateful for the invention of Airbnb. This time, our home in Shanghai was different than anyplace we’ve ever stayed at. Situated in the French Concession neighborhood, it was tucked inside an old housing complex. Though the outside was quite old, the inside was a fully furnished apartment with Japanese wooden style. It was cleverly designed so the room layout was fully complete in such a small space.
The main point of interest for me is the hammock on the second floor. Such an out of the box idea for a reading space! I added some pillows before I sat in it to make it more comfortable.
It was definitely one of the most unique Airbnbs we ever stayed in!
